Last week I finalised the sale of LCW, partly to make space before welcoming baby n.2 (due end of Sept 🥰)

After a maternity break, I will refocus my efforts on IFS Coaching & writing

Growing the LCW community has been a labour of love, a rewarding and creative entrepreneurial endeavour, and at times, a serious personal and emotional challenge ‼️🤪

There’s several reasons why it was the right thing to do to hand it to a new owner well-equipped to take it to the next level, and I’d love to share more about this in due course.

In the meantime I feel so lucky to have ended this experience on such a high, knowing that what I’ve worked so hard to grow since circa lockdown 2021 is in incredible hands with @almayogacomo

To everyone who has been part of the journey LCW so far - the community, teaching team, collaborators, mentors, family & friends and all who have supported along the way - thank you 🙏 it has meant SO much

Upcoming workshop with @josh_ffw ‘s Breathing Space community - also with @iamjessfrost @nickedgarcoaching

I’m excited for a return visit to this fab community tomorrow.

We’ll be having an interactive session with space for sharing and connecting. We’ll be applying the fundamentals of the model so participants can experience IFS in action in a guided and supportive setting of the group.

We’ll be focused on the big picture of how IFS offers a framework to confidently live day to day in a way that feels really good and is aligned with who you really are.

If you’re interested, it’s still possible to join Josh’s community and gain full access to the session tomorrow via his website joshconnolly.co.uk - last time I checked there was a free 2 week trial, and after that it’s still only £10-15 monthly.

In any case, I ❤️ doing these sessions and, having wrapped up my 1:1 client work last week ahead of the summer break leading onto a maternity break, I’m so happy to stay connected to this work and people interested in it in this group workshop format.

And there’s more to come in that regard between now and September! 💫
